  • Your delivery will be on time, and your equipment will be completely set up, ready for your event
  • The system will be sound checked, and EQ’s balanced to eliminate feedback. The system can then be used without a tech onsite. If you require a technician throughout your event, please advise and we will organise one at an extra cost. The set up is dependent on the space. The equipment provided may vary depending on the venue.

The Presentation Pack $280

Presentation event hire melbourneThe Presentation pack is a PA system with Mixer and EQ, and a range of microphone options.
This PA system is powerful enough for an audience of up to 500 people.

Whats included:

  • 8 input mixer allowing for both mic and line level inputs
  • Volume, trebel, and bass controls on mixer for easy adjustment by client
  • Twin mic receiver for cordless microphones
  • Your choice of  2 cordless microphones. Either hand-held, headset  or lapel
  • Corded microphone on stand. May be used as a Lecturn microphone
  • The required number of speakers set up to suit the room. (Determined by Audiopod. Max 6 speakers)
  • 60 band graphic equaliser
  • All speaker leads, microphone leads, power cables, power boards
  • Delivery and set up to Melbourne Metro Area* is included in the price. See Delivery Zone

The Presentation Pack will be delivered and set up by an Audiopod technician. We will do our best to satisfy your choice of microphones, and will provide between 2 to 6 speakers to ensure perfect sound in your venue. Please email us with information on room layout, and specific needs.

The Conference Package has been designed for a sit down conference, where a panel of people are presenting to an audience.

  • 1-2 Wireless Hand-Held Microphones

The Conference Pack perfect for a sit down conference where a panel of guest speakers are presenting to an audience.
Audiopod will deliver the conference pack and set up according to the layout of the room. We will discuss your specific requirements with you prior to the event, and will deliver at a specified time. The system will be linked into your laptop, and other equipment. We will sound check and adjust the equaliser to suit the acoustics of the room. Thereafter you can make small adjustments to each microphone volume, if required. We can provide you with a sound technician if you need.
